Delivery Information

Orders for Ireland are typically processed and delivered within 1-3 working days.

Delivery Times

We ship by courier from our warehouse in Ireland.

All deliveries are made between normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We use a courier service therefore we cannot specify an exact time of delivery.

All packages must be signed for upon delivery.

Please note: bad weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in deliveries, so please plan accordingly.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse the delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product and the VAT. However, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs and you will be responsible for the fees incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

Payment for products and delivery services can be made in EUR or the local currency that is offered to the country to which your order is being delivered. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT. The total price you pay for products and/or delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on the sale.

Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include VAT at the appropriate rate for the country of delivery.

Where you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no Irish VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.

Zone 1 - Connaught - €35 euro

Zone 2 - Rest of Ireland & N Ireland €50

Alternatively you can order furniture on line and choose to collect in our Foxford store or our store in Moygashel, Dungannon in Northern Ireland free of charge

We do not deliver furniture overseas. If you require furniture you have ordered from us to be transported overseas you can make arrangements with a courier to collect the furniture from us with prior notice. Once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.

Discount and free delivery offer promotions do not apply to furniture items.
