Foxford provide a 'Deliver to the Door' delivery Service.
DELIVERY TO YOUR HOME as follows:
Heavy furniture items over 30kg - €30
Light furniture items under 30kg - *from €10
*prices are based on quantity and weight of the items.
Alternatively you can order furniture and choose to collect in our Foxford Co. Mayo store free of charge.
We do not deliver furniture Internationally.
If you require furniture you have ordered from us to be transported overseas you can make arrangements with a courier to collect the furniture from us with prior notice. Once we have handed the item to the courier we cannot take responsibility for any damage or loss incurred in transit.
Delivery Information for all other Items
Orders for Ireland are typically processed and delivered within 1-3 working days.
Orders for EU are typically processed and delivered within 3-5 working days.
International orders are typically delivered in under 21 working days.
If there is a delay you will be notified by email.
*Alternatively you can choose Free in store pickup to collect your order in our Foxford store free of charge.
Delivery Times
We ship by courier from our warehouse in Ireland.
All deliveries are made between normal working hours, Monday to Friday. We use a courier service therefore we cannot specify an exact time of delivery.
All packages must be signed for upon delivery.
Please note: bad weather or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in deliveries, so please plan accordingly.
Click and Collect
Any orders can be collected from Foxford Woollen Mills, Providence Rd, Foxford, Co. Mayo within our opening hours: MON - SAT 10:00 - 5.30, SUN 12:00 - 5:30.
With items which are in stock in our warehouse, you can collect immediately once the notification has been sent. With sofas and orders from suppliers, the usual delivery times apply.
Refusal of Delivery
If you refuse the delivery of your order, it will be returned to our warehouse. You will receive a refund for the product and the VAT. However, you will not be refunded for the shipping costs and you will be responsible for the fees incurred in returning the item(s) to us.

Max shipping weight is 30kgs and all prices are inclusive of VAT
If you are shipping to an address outside of the EU, please note that you are responsible for any import duties and clearance fees (if applicable) in your country.
We recommend that you ask local authorities about these duties and clearance fees in advance.
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to ship to some countries. We're sorry for the inconvenience.
Payment
The following payment methods are available: Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, Paypal and Gift Card
Payment for products and delivery services can be made in EUR or the local currency that is offered to the country to which your order is being delivered. All prices shown on the website for both products and delivery services are inclusive of any applicable Irish VAT. The total price you pay for products and/or delivery, is always the same, regardless of whether or not Irish VAT is chargeable on the sale.
Where you've requested delivery to an EU address, the price paid for the product and the delivery service will usually include VAT at the appropriate rate for the country of delivery.
Where you've ordered products for delivery to a non-EU address, both the products and the delivery service will normally be zero-rated, with no Irish VAT chargeable on either. However, the price paid by you for the products and delivery services will remain the same as shown on the website.
