Guarantee & Returns Policy
Foxford guarantees your satisfaction. If you are unhappy with a purchase you will be refunded in full provided the product is returned in good condition within 30 days of receipt. Provided the goods are unopened and unused they may be returned for any reason. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer and on return of the goods we will refund the amount paid less the initial postage charge, however if returns are being made because of faulty goods then the postage costs will be reimbursed. The refund will be made in the same manner that the initial payment was made. If you have paid by card please allow up to 7 days for the credit to appear on your account. Please contact sales@foxfordwoollenmills.ie before returning any item where full instructions will be provided regarding the return.
In the unlikely event that an item is defective please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 7 days from receipt of goods.
If you have paid with a gift card, a new gift card will be issued for the amount of the credit and emailed to you.
